PPE is the most important possession in the workplace. Most especially if safety is the out-most concerns. That's the biggest problem of most of the employers. The Government is so concern and pushing to implement workplace safety to all the business owners and if they comply, as simple as wearing the Proper Personal Protective Equipment is always a problem.
The employee will be issued a free helmet for example, what the employee would do is just to put it inside the bags or inside the locker room and go to the workplace without wearing the PPE that was issued to them.
